Listings must:

• Use real photographs where possible.
• Include honest pricing.
• Comply with applicable laws.

You must not list:

• Illegal products.
• Counterfeit goods.
• Stolen property.
• Dangerous or prohibited items.
• Fraudulent listings.
• Misleading advertisements.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.

Agriexchange may edit, reject, remove, or suspend any listing at its sole discretion.

Agriexchange may offer paid promotional services including featured listings, advertisements, or premium visibility.

Purchasing a promotion does not guarantee:

• Sales
• Enquiries
• Profit
• Search ranking
• Website traffic

Promotions only increase the visibility of eligible listings.

Unless required by law, promotional purchases are generally non-refundable once activated.

Payments for promotions or other paid services are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Agriexchange does not store full payment card details.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the purchased service.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for:

• Communicating honestly.
• Inspecting products where appropriate.
• Agreeing on payment methods.
• Arranging collection or delivery.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Agriexchange is not responsible for disputes between users but may assist where reasonably possible.

You may not:

• Commit fraud or scams.
• Upload malware or harmful software.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.
• Spam other users.
• Harass or threaten others.
• Manipulate reviews or ratings.
• Circumvent platform security.
• Collect user information without permission.
• Use automated bots or scraping tools without written permission.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

You retain ownership of content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Agriexchange a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Display listings.
• Promote your listings.
• Resize or optimise images.
• Use content for marketing the platform.

This licence ends when your content is removed, except where copies are required for legal, security, or backup purposes.

Agriexchange, its logo, branding, software, designs, and content are owned by Agriexchange or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

Users may leave reviews based on genuine experiences.

Reviews must not contain:

• False information.
• Offensive language.
• Personal attacks.
• Illegal content.
• Spam.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.

While we strive to keep Agriexchange available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Abuse other users.
• Attempt to compromise platform security.
• Harm the reputation of Agriexchange.

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.

Your use of Agriexchange is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on Agriexchange.com with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
